Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintenance of PLC, Electric control panels, and electric equipment's including lifts, HVACs.
• Knowledge of electric sub-station, generator, pumps etc. in high rise building.
• Prepare and execute regular schedules of all electro-mechanical equipment's in the high-rise building.
• Operation and maintenance of fire detection and protection system in the building.
• Prepare plans and budget.
• Electrical drawing, load calculation of electrical system and mechanical works.
• Estimation and implementation for all type of electromechanical works of the building.
• Operation of HVAC: Chiller, cooler, pumps and its related equipment's.
• Inspect the whole building regularly
• Work with subcontractors and vendors as required to carry out the various responsibilities regarding lift, elevators, AC etc.
• To monitor all civil works of the building and ensure EME part
• Maintain records of documents
