Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare and maintain day to day Debit and Credit Vouchers.
• To Prepare and maintain the Books of Accounts in Tally software.
• To prepare the daily Receipt & Payment report
• Ensure the Cost allocation and posting to the General and Subsidiary Ledger.
• Prepare Fixed Assets Register.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Financial Statements of the Company.
• Assist to the preparation and submission of tax, vat return.
• Capable of maintaining/ handling the entire Accounts including Banking Functions.
• Forecast Monthly/ Yearly/ Periodic Budget and prepare Financial Statements.
• Ensure Fund collection, Daily Cash Management/ Balance & Deposit to Bank.
• Communicate with the project office /Site office related to bills passing.
• Verify the project site expenses and duly report to next senior.
• Any other jobs assigned by the concerned authority.

Educational Requirements

CMA Part Completed/ CA (CC), MBA/M.Com in Accounting/ Finance.

Experience Requirements

• At most 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate, Developer

Job Requirements

• Age At most 28 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Must be respectful, generous, inquisitive and pose can do attitude.
• Computer Literacy in MS Office and Accounting Software (Tally) knowledge are essential.
• Must be capable of operating the Accounting Software (Tally).
